REGISTRATION
The registration for the IECER 2023 will be open as soon as the submission process is completed and authors have been notified about their acceptance (from mid June to 31 August 2023).
- PhD students: 225 €
- full academics: 400 €
- track chairs: 275 €
Please note that all co-authors that would like to participate at the IECER 2023 need to register individually.
A bus drive from Lisbon to Covilhã on October 25th, 2023 and back on October 27th, 2023 will be organised and is included in the registration fee.
- October 25th: pick-up at 09.00 a.m. in Lisbon (pick-up location close to the airport), arrival in Covilhã at around 12:00 a.m.
- October 27th: departure at 09.00 a.m. in Covilhã, arrival in Lisbon at around 12 a.m. (drop-off location close to the airport)
Please check the box in the registration form for the option(s) of the bus drive that you would like to choose.
Please note that if you are organising the travel to Covilhã yourself, you will not be refunded any amount of the registration fee.
