Submission deadline -31st of January 2025

Please note:

  • All submissions must be Adobe pdf format. You can download the IECER submission template here. For optimal effects, please adhere - if possible - to the template format. Authors will be informed of their acceptance by 15th February 2025.
  • Every submission requires a corresponding author who will be the main contact person in the review process. Once the paper has been accepted, the registration needs to be done by every participating (co-)author.
  • Please submit your paper to the track with the best or closest thematic fit. In case the submission passes the quality review and is being accepted for oral presentation, papers might be assigned to a different track with a better fit during the finalization of the program. Which and how many tracks finally take place, will be decided after we have received all submissions.
