Dr. René Chester Goduscheit serves as Professor and Vice Dean at Aarhus BSS, Aarhus University, Denmark. His research focuses on responsible innovation, the transfer of technology between academic institutions and industry, and the innovation of business models. He is particularly interested in the empirical field of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Dr. Goduscheit has contributed to numerous prestigious journals, including Research Policy, the Journal of Product Innovation Management, the Journal of Business Ethics, Industrial Marketing Management, Creativity and Innovation Management, the International Journal of Technology Management, and the International Journal of Innovation Management

Dr. Susan Marlow is Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Haydn Green Institute, University of Nottingham, UK and Holder of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise; Fellow of the UK Institution for Small Business and Entrepreneurship; UK field editor of ET&P; senior consulting editor for the International Small Business Journal and member of Chartered Association of Business Schools journal ranking committee for entrepreneurship and innovation. Her work is published in top ranked UK and US academic journals; she is ranked amongst the top two percent of globally cited social science academics. Her research interests range across issues related to entrepreneurship per se with a particular focus upon the impact of gender upon entrepreneurial behaviour and the implications of such for women.
